Das bringst du mit

  • Höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Technik oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen, logistischen oder produktionsnahen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen und Betriebsstrukturen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kreislaufwirtschaft, Entsorgung, Recycling oder nachhaltige Wertschöpfungsketten
  • Genaue, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\-, Integrations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute digitale Kompetenzen

* Du baust das Kreislauf\-Logistikcenter strategisch und operativ weiter auf und entwickelst es zu einer wirtschaftlich erfolgreichen und am Markt etablieren Einheit

* Du erkennst Markt\- und Kundenpotenziale und entwickelst daraus tragfähige, skalierbare Betriebs\- und Geschäftsmodelle

* Du schaffst die erforderlichen Organisations\-, Führungs\- und Betriebsstrukturen für nachhaltiges Wachstum

* Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Leistung, Qualität, Kosten, Kapazitäten und Ressourcen

* Du stellst einen sicheren, stabilen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb sicher

* Du führst und entwickelst eine wachsende Organisation von aktuell rund 40 auf künftig rund 100 Mitarbeitende

* Du führst und begleitest die Teamleitenden sowie die/den Solutions Manager:in

* Du arbeitest mit Kunden, Partner und internen Stakeholdern zusammen und positionierst das KLC erfolgreich am Markt
