Die EWS Energie AG ist der regionale Dienstleister für Strom, Wasser und Telekommunikation in der Region Aargau Süd. Über 50 Mitarbeitende und Lernende engagieren sich täglich für eine zuverlässige Versorgung.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundencenters suchen wir per 1\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, kommunikationsstarke und erfahrene Persönlichkeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst Dein Team und förderst Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
  • Du stellst professionelle und kundenorientierte Dienstleistungen sicher
  • Du verantwortest die korrekte, vollständige und termingerechte Erstellung unserer Kundenrechnungen
  • Du stellst eine hohe Qualität unserer Kunden\-, Vertrags\- und Abrechnungsdaten sicher und entwickelst das Qualitätsmanagement weiter
  • Du standardisierst und optimierst unsere Kundencenter\- und Fakturierungsprozesse
  • Du identifizierst Automatisierungspotenziale und treibst deren Umsetzung voran
  • Du entwickelst geeignete Kennzahlen und Kontrollen zur Steuerung von Qualität, Termintreue und Effizienz
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Finanzen, Messwesen, Produktmanagement, Datenmanagement und weiteren internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, ergänzt durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF/FH
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kundendienst, Datenmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Standardisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie eine hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erfahrung in der Energiebranche von Vorteil
