Leiter/in Luftfracht (m/w) ==========================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Auftragsannahme sowie die Disposition und organisatorische Abwicklung der Warentransporte (Container, Komplettladungen, Kühlladungen)
  • Die Transporte koordinieren Sie termin\- und bedarfsgerecht und stellen eine sorgfältige Pflege der Lieferanten\- und Materialstammdaten sicher
  • Als fachliche Führungskraft übernehmen Sie die Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams stellen eine hohe Qualität in der täglichen Auftragsabwicklung sicher
  • Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehören die Auftragsdokumentation sowie die administrative Abwicklung der Transporte
  • Offerten und Abrechnungen erstellen Sie selbständig und stehen Kunden sowie Speditionen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Verfügung
  • Die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Schadensfällen gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
  • Als Sicherheitsverantwortliche/r stellen Sie die Einhaltung der relevanten BAZL\-Richtlinien sowie der Vorgaben im Bereich RegB sicher und unterstützen aktiv die Umsetzung des QM\-Standards.

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Vorausgesetzt werden eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/\-frau, eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung auf Niveau Höhere Fachprüfung sowie ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Kundenbetreuung sowie im Aufbau und in der Entwicklung von Neukunden bringen Sie ebenfalls mit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus; jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil
  • Als Teamplayer überzeugen Sie mit freundlichen, kundenorientierten Umgangsformen und einem professionellen Auftreten
