Für verschiedene Holzbaufirmen in der Region Basel suchen wir laufend Schreiner/in mit Erfahrung.

Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Leiter/in für die Montage im Ladenbau, der/die unser Team verstärkt und die Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Montageprojekten übernimmt. In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Montagearbeiten effizient und termingerecht ausgeführt werden. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Projektmanagern, Designern und dem Einkaufsteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Materialien und Ressourcen rechtzeitig zur Verfügung stehen. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Überwachung der Montagearbeiten vor Ort, die Koordination der Montageteams sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Qualitätsrichtlinien. Zudem sind Sie Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden während des gesamten Montageprozesses und sorgen für eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit. Wir erwarten von Ihnen, dass Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse im Ladenbau verfügen und Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams haben. Ihre Fähigkeit, Probleme schnell zu lösen und Entscheidungen zu treffen, wird entscheidend für den Erfolg unserer Projekte sein.

Anforderungsprofil

Wir erwarten von Ihnen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Ladenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position. Sie sollten über ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten verfügen und in der Lage sein, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten. Zudem sind gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Organisationstalent erforderlich. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, sind ebenfalls von Vorteil. Sie sollten bereit sein, gelegentlich zu reisen und flexibel in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten zu sein.
