* Höhere kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit zwei bis drei Jahren funktionsrelevanter Berufserfahrung * Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und/oder Projektmitarbeit * Sehr gute Informatikkenntnisse, sowie in Word, Excel und PowerPoint * Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick, sehr gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Stabsoffizier oder Kompaniekommandanten sowie gute Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache

Das Kommando Operationen (Kdo Op) ist für alle militärischen Operationen und Einsätze der Schweizer Armee verantwortlich. Zum Kdo Op gehören u. a. die Luftwaffe, das Heer, die vier Territorialdivisionen, das Kompetenzzentrum SWISSINT, das Kommando Spezialkräfte sowie die Militärpolizei. Rund 40 % der ca. 2'500 Mitarbeitenden sind zivil angestellt -- von Ingenieur/-innen über Luftfahrzeugmechaniker/-innen bis hin zu Analyst/-innen.

Die Schweizer Armee beschäftigt über 9'000 Mitarbeitende in vier militärischen und rund 200 zivilen Berufen -- und dies an 110 Standorten schweizweit. Auch für den Nachwuchs ist gesorgt: Die Schweizer Armee bildet in über 30 Berufen Lernende aus.
