Für den Standort Siders mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden sind wir beauftragt, Sie als \*\*Leiter:in Operations\*\* zu gewinnen. In dieser Funktion tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Abläufe des Standorts Siders (Produktion, Logistik, Technik, Infrastruktur und Projekte). Sie stellen eine reibungslose Versorgung der Kunden im Sinne eines \<\\>\\-Ansatzes sicher und gewährleisten höchste Termintreue. Sie initiieren und führen Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und zur Optimierung der Prozesse -- insbesondere in den Bereichen Logistik sowie in der Aufbereitung von Berufskleidung und Flachwäsche -- mit dem Ziel, die betriebliche Leistungsfähigkeit und die Kundenzufriedenheit nachhaltig zu steigern. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team stellen Sie die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung zwischen den verschiedenen Bereichen sicher. Sie erreichen die definierten Ziele hinsichtlich Produktivität, Kosten, Qualität und Termintreue (KPI). Darüber hinaus sorgen Sie für eine effiziente, marktgerechte Aufbau\\- und Ablauforganisation und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeitenden in einem vertrauensvollen Umfeld -- im Einklang mit den Werten von Bardusch. Sie verfügen über eine technische Grundausbildung (Metall, Textil, Elektro oder Maschinenbau) und haben sich idealerweise im Projekt\\- und Prozessmanagement weitergebildet. Kenntnisse im Lean Management setzen wir voraus. Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld mit und haben Ihre Fähigkeit, Projekte -- auch in Veränderungs\\- und Transformationsprozessen -- erfolgreich umzusetzen, unter Beweis gestellt. Sie überzeugen durch Ihre strukturierte, analytische und gleichzeitig unternehmerische Denk\\- und Handlungsweise. Als Führungspersönlichkeit motivieren Sie Ihre Mitarbeitenden, setzen Impulse und leben die Werte des Unternehmens glaubwürdig vor. Dank Ihrer Organisationsstärke behalten Sie auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick und bringen sich bei Bedarf operativ ein.
