Amt für Städtebau

Für den Fachbereich Parlamentarische Geschäfte \& Support suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit.

Aufgaben

  • Sie führen den Fachbereich Parlamentarische Geschäfte \& Support personell und fachlich.
  • Sie beraten, unterstützen, koordinieren und leisten Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben bei der Bearbeitung von parlamentarischen Geschäften und (politischen) Vorstössen des Amts für Städtebau.
  • Sie beraten, unterstützen und leisten Qualitätssicherungsaufgaben im Beschaffungswesen (z.B. Submissionsverfahren und Vertragsmanagement) des Amts für Städtebau.
  • Sie leiten fächerübergreifende Projekte und wirken in solchen aktiv mit.
  • Sie verantworten infrastrukturelle Themen im Amt für Städtebau (z.B. Raum\- und Materialverantwortung).

Profil

  • Hochschulabschluss vorzugsweise in Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder Politologie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse einerseits politischer Prozesse und parlamentarischer Abläufe sowie andererseits des öffentlichen Beschaffungsrechts
  • Erfahrungen in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • Führungserfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Beschaffungswesen, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzausbildung
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich darzulegen und adressatengerecht zu kommunizieren
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und starkes Prozessverständnis
  • Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Interdisziplinäres, vernetztes und zukunftsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohe Motivation und Bereitschaft, sich im Spannungsfeld von Politik und Verwaltung für die Anliegen der Stadt einzusetzen
