Leiter/\-in Payroll und ERP / SAP\-System 80% =============================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung sowie fachliche und technische Weiterentwicklung eines zunächst zweiköpfigen, engagierten Payroll\-Teams
  • Übernahme einer tragenden fachlichen im anstehenden SAP\-/ERP\-Projekt und
  • Verantwortung der Teilprojekte in diesem übergeordneten Projekt
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP\-Payroll\-Lösung sowie der damit verbundenen Prozesse und Systeme (First \& Second Level Support)
  • Verantwortung für eine anspruchsvolle Payroll\-Organisation mit rund 8'000 Mitarbeitenden
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung des geplanten Zentralisierungsprojekts des HR der Firma und der Weiterentwicklung zu einem HR Service Center
  • Perspektivisch besteht die Möglichkeit, die Führungsspanne im Zuge der organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung auszubauen
  • Gestaltungswille bei der Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und der zukünftigen Ausrichtung der Payroll (Automatisierung und Optimierung)
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Payroll\-Themen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten HR\-Stellen und Projektverantwortlichen

Ihr Profil

  • Höhere Fachausbildung (Master oder Bachelor) im Bereich HR, Payroll, Sozialversicherungen oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige relevante Praxis\- und Führungserfahrung im Payroll einer grösseren Unternehmung ist ein Must\-have
  • Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse in allen Lohn\-, Sozialversicherungs\- sowie Finanzbuchhaltungsthemen
  • «Experte» in SAP (Payroll, Organisationsmanagement, Zeitwirtschaft) sowie der Microsoft\-Umgebung
  • Hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungswillen sowie Offenheit und Kompetenz im Umgang mit Veränderungsprozessen (Change Management)

  • Ferien: 5 Wochen, ab 55J 6 Wochen
