Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für das gesamte Personalmanagement (Organisation\- und Personalentwicklung, HR\-Steuerung/Vergütung, HR\-Prozesse/Digitalisierung, Personaladministration/Payroll, HR Governance, usw.)
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR\-Strategien und \-Prozessen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Rekrutierung und Auswahl von Fach\- und Führungskräften
  • Förderung der Mitarbeiterentwicklung und \-bindung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben und interner Richtlinien
  • Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR\-Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden HR\-Funktion, idealerweise in einem nationalen oder internationalen Umfeld (Erfahrung HR\-Administration und Payroll ein Muss!)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungsrecht, Weiterentwicklung der HR\-Prozesse, HR\-Projekte
  • Von Vorteil aus der Bank\-, Versicherung\- und/oder Finanz\-Umfeld kommend (HR\-Systemeinführungs\-Kenntnisse oder in der Digitalisierung)
  • Entscheidungsgrundlagen klar, strukturiert und adressatengerecht aufzubereiten in der
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Führungskompetenzen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Empathie
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR\-Strategien
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie beherrschen die MS\-Office\-Palette, inkl. guer ABACUS Kenntnisse
