Als Teil der Helvero eHealth Group modernisieren wir unsere Produkte, entwickeln neue Lösungen und bauen unsere Engineering\-Organisation weiter aus. Dafür suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Technologie, Menschen und Produkte zusammenbringt, strategisch denkt und gleichzeitig gerne selbst mitentwickelt. Deine Rolle Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte ePaad und Secure2Go, von der Technologie\- und Produktstrategie über Architektur und Delivery bis zur Führung des Engineering\-Teams. Du berichtest direkt an den CEO und erhältst viel Gestaltungsspielraum, um unsere Engineering\-Kultur, moderne Entwicklungsprozesse und den gezielten Einsatz von KI aktiv mitzugestalten. Was erwartet dich Verantwortung für Technologie\- und Produktstrategie Hands\-on Mitarbeit bei Architektur\- und ausgewählten Entwicklungsaufgaben Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering\-Teams Product Ownership gemeinsam mit dem CEO Aufbau moderner Softwarearchitektur sowie Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Plattform Etablierung von DevOps, CI/CD, Testautomatisierung und professionellem Release Security und Privacy by Design als integraler Bestandteil der Entwicklung Aufbau eines AI\-First Engineering\-Ansatzes und Evaluation sinnvoller KI\-Anwendungsfälle Das bringst du mit Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Architect, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD und IT\-Security Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Interesse, Strategie und Umsetzung zu verbinden Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von kommerzieller Softwareprodukte oder SaaS\-Lösungen Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu inspirieren und erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung sowie in der KI\-gestützten Softwareentwicklung Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse.
