Leiter\*in Produktion 100% ==========================

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung der Produktionsabteilung (7 Mitarbeitende)
  • Sicherstellung termin\- und qualitätsgerechte Abarbeitung der Fertigungsaufträge
  • Prozessverantwortung für die Produktion und damit einhergehend bedienen und optimieren unseres ERP Systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produktionsplanung und der Nachkalkulation

Voraussetzungen

  • Erfahrene, motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit «Anpacker\-Mentalität»
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in hektischen Situationen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung wie Drucktechnologe oder Printmedienverarbeiter und einige Jahre Führungserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
