Unser Auftraggeber, ein im Grossraum Basel domiziliertes privates KMU, geniesst als einer der führenden Anbieter im Bereich Gemüseverarbeitung im Schweizer Markt einen hervorragenden . Sein Erfolg basiert auf umfangreichem Know\-how in der Lebensmittelverarbeitung, einem kompetenten Führungskader und weitsichtigen Investitionen in massgeschneiderte Produktionsanlagen. Saisonale Unterschiede und die Vielfalt der zu verarbeitenden Produkte stellen hohe Anforderungen an den Produktionsleiter und dessen Team. Im Sinne einer Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als

Leiter/\-in Produktion Gemüseverarbeitung ----------------------------------------------

In dieser Position rapportieren Sie direkt an den Leiter Betrieb. Nach einer sorgfältigen Einführung leiten Sie über eine zweite Führungsebene die operativen Produktionsprozesse. Sie planen die Einsätze von rund dreissig Festangestellten sowie dreissig bis vierzig Aushilfskräften und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Hygienevorschriften. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen auch die kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung mittels Management sowie der Aufbau tragfähiger Beziehungen zu den internen Fachbereichen, die Sie unterstützen. Bei all Ihren Tätigkeiten profitieren Sie von kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung über zwei Führungsebenen in der Produktion
  • Produktionsplanung, Kapazitäts\- und Ressourcensteuerung im Schichtbetrieb
  • Shopfloor\-Management mit kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierungen
  • Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten, dem Leiter Betrieb
  • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsentscheidungen
  • Budgetverantwortung für Ihren Produktionsbereich

Profil

  • Berufsausbildung in der Lebensmittelindustrie mit einer höheren Weiterbildung
  • Führungserfahrung und Fähigkeit, klar, kompetent und konsequent zu kommunizieren
  • Leistungsausweis als Produktionsleiter/\-in im Bereich Prozessverbesserungen nach Management
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lebensmittelsicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Freude und Begeisterung für die Lebensmittelverarbeitung in einem Schweizer KMU
  • Gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse
