Leiter:in Projektumsetzung/Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung

anzusprechen. In dieser Schlüsselposition leiten Sie ein rund 15-köpfiges Team und führen Ihren Bereich in personeller, fachlicher und finanzieller Hinsicht. Sie koordinieren Ihre Mitarbeitenden, stellen die Information und Kommunikation innerhalb des Bereichs sicher, verhandeln mit Auftraggebenden sowie Auftragnehmenden und unterstützen bei der Offert- sowie Angebotserstellung. Sie verantworten eine vorausschauende Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung, sind für die kontinuierliche Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung zuständig und repräsentieren das Unternehmen. Dabei pflegen Sie einen professionellen, überzeugenden Kontakt zu Kundschaft, Unternehmen und Behörden. Als Geschäftsleitungsmitglied gestalten Sie die strategische Unternehmensausrichtung sowie Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit und setzen Unternehmensziele konsequent um. Chancen und Risiken erkennen Sie und enwickeln das Leistungsangebot entsprechend weiter.

Wir wenden uns an eine flexible, fachlich wie menschlich überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit höherer Fachausbildung im Bau- und Immobilienbereich sowie mehrjähriger Führungserfahrung. Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebschwirtschaft sowie Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement und haben Erfahrungen in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit. Sie sind ein Teamplayer, entscheidungsfreudig sowie durchsetzungsstark und arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig. Ihr unternehmerisches Handeln, ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Ihre analytischen sowie konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und Ihre Integrität zeichnen Sie aus.
