Das Stadion Letzigrund ist eines der modernsten Stadien der Schweiz. Die Gastronomie umfasst mehrere Bereiche, darunter die Aussenstände und das Restaurant Oval. Zum VIP-Bereich bei Grossveranstaltungen zählen 11 Logen, 3 Business-Lounges und die Athletik Lounge für knapp 800 Gäste. Es beherbergt die Heimspiele des FC Zürich und des Grasshopper Club Zürich, das Meeting Weltklasse Zürich sowie die Open-Air-Konzerte wie die von Robbie Williams, Rolling Stones, Metallica oder Pink. Zudem finden verschiedenste Corporate und Privat Events statt. Mit einem Fassungsvermögen von über 50'000 Zuschauern bei Konzerten ist das Stadion Letzigrund die grösste Veranstaltungsstätte der Schweiz.

Gestalte unvergessliche Besuchererlebnisse und führe ein Team, das bei jedem Event für Begeisterung sorgt.

Dein Aufgabenmenü: ------------------

  • Erste Ansprechperson für die Produktion und Partner der Konzerte sowie für das Gebäudemanagements im Stadion
  • Führung und Organisation des Bereichs Logistik sowie operative Hauptverantwortung für sämtliche Aussenstände
  • Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Abläufe im Stadion während den Grossevents (Konzerte, Fussballspiele etc.)
  • Sicherstellung der Gäste- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit
  • Hauptverantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagment an den Aussenständen
  • Erledigung verschiedener administrativer Aufgaben (Offerten einholen, E-Mails, Planung der Stände an Grossevents etc.)
  • Hauptverantwortung für die Monatsabschlüsse sowie Inventur für die Aussenstände (Kalkulation und Cost Controlling)
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Beschilderung und Signaletik
  • Bestellen sämtlicher F\&B Produkte für die Aussenstände sowie Lagerbewirtschaftung (Warenannahme, Kontrolle, etc.)
  • Meetings mit Veranstaltern, Lieferanten etc.
  • Veranwortung für die gesamte Mitarbeitendeneinsatzplanung
  • Stetige Pflege und Optimierung des Aushilfe-Pools
  • Kontaktperson für Arbeitssicherheit (KOPAS)
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards und ZFV-richtlinien (Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheit, Dienstleistung etc.)
  • Planung, Schulung, Führung \& Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden
  • Durchführung von Briefing \& Debriefings sowie Teilnahme an Team -- und Kadermeetings
  • Rekrutierung von Mitarbeitenden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Menschen \& Kultur

Dein Erfolgsrezept: -------------------

  • Grundausbildung EFZ in der Gastronomie oder in der Logistik
  • Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder gute administrative Kenntnisse
  • 10 -15 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 5 Jahre in einer leitenden Funktion
  • Erfahrung im Eventbereich zwingend, insbesondere in punkto Grossveranstaltungen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsmanagment
  • Buchhaltrische Kenntnisse
  • Staplerausweis
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in branchenspezifischen Systemen
  • Erfahrung in Kassensystemen inkl. Programmierung
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit zur TeambildungEnglischkenntnisse von VorteilOrganisationstalent
