Für das spannende Grossprojekt Dock A am Flughafen in Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit als Leiter:in Realisierung / Chefbauleiter:in 80\-100% Stellenbeschreibung: Als Teil der Planergemeinschaft bestehend aus BIG und IB wirkst du aktiv an der Planung und Realisierung des komplexen Neubaus Dock A am Flughafen Zürich mit – einem einzigartigen Grossprojekt, das über eine Dekade hinweg läuft und individuelle sowie innovative Lösungen erfordert. Als dipl. Bauleiter:in mit Bauleitungserfahrung in der Schweiz erarbeitest du selbständig Leistungsbeschreibungen, betreust das Ausschreibungs\- und Vergabewesen und leitest die Realisierung der Arbeiten auf der Baustelle von Baubeginn bis zur Inbetriebsetzung. Zusammen mit den Projektleiter:innen optimierst du den Bauablauf, erstellt den Terminrahmen, überwachst die Kosten und Einhaltung der Vertragsbedingungen.
