Leiter/in Schulliegenschaften Der Bezirkshauptort Dietikon ist ein lebendiges Regionalzentrum und ein wichtiger Wirt­schaftsstandort im wachsenden Limmattal. Die fünftgrösste Stadt im Kanton Zü­rich hat rund 28'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner. In sechs Schuleinheiten besuchen rund 3'100 Schülerinnen und Schüler von der Kindergarten\- bis zur Sekundarstufe den Unterricht. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir für unser Team in den Schulliegenschaften eine/n Leiter/in Schulliegenschaften Ihre Aufgaben Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Bau\- und Sanierungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Hochbauabteilung Verantwortung für die Durchführung von kleineren Bauprojekten, bei welchen die Projektleitung bei der Schulabteilung liegt Sicherstellung des betrieblichen Unterhalts der Schulhausbauten sowie Definition und Anschaffung von Mobilien Fachliche und personelle Führung von fünf direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden Sicherstellung des Budgetprozesses sowie Einhaltung des Budgets im Bereich Schulliegenschaften Verantwortlich für die administrativen Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Schulliegenschaften Verfassen von Anträgen und Berichten zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung Ihr Profil Fachhochschulabschluss oder adäquate kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von grösseren Liegenschaften Führungsausbildung und Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Immobilienbereich Interesse an pädagogischen Themen Rasche Auffassungsgabe, speditive Arbeitsweise, hohe Sozialkompetenz Stark vernetztes Denken und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln Sehr gute mündliche sowie stilsichere, schriftliche Ausdrucksweise Freude an administrativen Aufgaben Teamfähige und verantwortungsvolle Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen Wir bieten Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit Lebendiger und vielfältiger Tagesbetrieb Fortschrittliche Arbeitsbedingungen Einen modernen Arbeitsplatz im Zentrum von Dietikon Ein motiviertes und einsatzfreudiges Team Bewerbung und Auskunft Juon, Leiterin Schulverwaltung, Tel. , steht Ihnen für weitere Auskünfte gerne zur Verfügung.
