Leiter/in Technik und Instandhaltung 100% Über uns Die FF Frischfleisch AG mit Hauptsitz in Sursee und einem Werk in Deisswil bei Münchenbuchsee zählt zu den leistungsfähigsten Fleischproduktionsbetrieben der Schweiz. Seit über 60 Jahren stehen wir für Qualität, Frische und Zuverlässigkeit. Über 550 Mitarbeitende verarbeiten täglich hochwertiges Frischfleisch unter hohen Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Leiter/in Technik und Instandhaltung Gestalten Sie aktiv mit: Fachliche und personelle Führung des Technik\- und Haustechnikteams Personaleinsatz\-, Ferien\- und Pikettplanung Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs der Produktionsanlagen sowie der Gebäudetechnik Organisation und Überwachung von Wartungs\-, Reparatur\- und Revisionsarbeiten Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsanlagen und technischen Prozesse Erkennen und Beseitigen von Schwachstellen an Anlagen und Infrastruktur Verantwortung für die Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung und technische Beschaffung Planung und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten sowie Um\- und Neubauten Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung bei technischen Investitions\- und Strategieentscheiden Diese Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit: Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Elektriker/in, Automatiker/in, Mechatroniker/in, Mechaniker/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst Das erwartet Sie bei uns: Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit Familiäres und kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld Sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem stabilen Unternehmen Moderne Infrastruktur und Arbeitsumgebung Betriebskantine 5 Wochen bezahlte Ferien Mitarbeiterrabatte (z.B.
