Aufgaben

  • Führung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im Technischen Dienst bestehend aus mehreren Abteilungen mit insgesamt über 70 Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für präventive Wartung, Instandhaltung, Störungsbehebung und technische Optimierung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsbudgets sowie technischen Projekten, Umbauten und Revisionen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar, mit Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft und Führung
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Technik, in der Instandhaltung oder in einem industriellen Umfeld, mit Führungserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion
  • Fachkompetenz: Gute Kenntnisse in Wartung, Instandhaltung, Anlagenoptimierung, Betriebsorganisation sowie Budgetmanagement und Investitionssteuerung
  • Sicherheits- und Systemwissen: Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit; gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Persönliche Stärken: Führungskompetent, entscheidungsstark, organisiert, lösungsorientiert, belastbar, durchsetzungsfähig, kommunikativ, teamorientiert sowie analytisch, pragmatisch und dienstleistungsorientiert
