Leiterin / Leiter Hauswartung 80%

Ihre Aufgaben * Kontrolle, Überwachung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen und der Haustechnik * Durchführung von erforderlichen Reparaturen und Renovationen an der Infrastruktur * Zustandsanalyse, Planung Reparaturen/Ersatz der Infrastruktur, Begleitung von Umbauten * Koordination der Einsätze von Drittfirmen bei Unterhalts- und Reparaturarbeiten * Verantwortung für Wareneinkauf, Controlling sowie Qualitätsmanagement im Bereich * Energiemonitoring und –Optimierung * Diverse Unterhalts- und Reinigungs- und Umgebungsarbeiten * Verantwortung für die Abfallbewirtschaftung * Unterstützung im Bereich SiBe Arbeitssicherheit/Gesundheitsschutz, Brandschutz * Teamführung

Ihr Profil * Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung * EKAS/SIBE-Kenntnisse und gute EDV-Kenntnisse (IT/Telefonie/Pflegeruf) * Organisationstalent * Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen am Wochenende * Eine herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung * Freude an vielseitigen Herausforderungen * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil * Wohnhaft in der näheren Umgebung Gampelen
