Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit mit Drive, Erfahrung und Weitblick, die den Bereich Unterhalt\- und Spezialreinigung strategisch und operativ führt und gezielt weiterentwickelt. Entscheidend ist Ihre Fähigkeit, das Wachstum eines modernen Dienstleistungsunternehmens aktiv mitzugestalten und starke, schweizweit tätige Teams aufzubauen. Ihre Aufgaben Leitung und Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs Unterhalt\- und Spezialreinigung. Eigenständige Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation und Präsentation bei Kunden Akquisition und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in unterschiedlichen Branchen Rekrutierung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von regionalen Einsatzteams Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung Sicherstellung der Dienstleistungsqualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Fachfrau/Fachmann Reinigungstechnik EFZ Ausbildung zur Kontaktperson für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (KOPAS ASGS) Hubarbeitsbühnen\-Schulung Ausbildung als Berufsbildner:in von Vorteil Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung als Leiter:in Unterhalt\- und Spezialreinigung Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Führung von operativen Teams Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung und eine ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität Erfahrung in Angebotserstellung und Kundenbetreuung auf Augenhöhe Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Landessprachen insbesondere gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Digitale Kompetenzen / IT\-Affinität Führerausweis Kat.
