Als Leiter Verkauf verantwortest du die Umsetzung der strategischen Initiative für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung einer kundenzentrierten Verkaufsorganisation. Die verbindet Marktverständnis, Kundenbedürfnisse und technologische Kompetenz zu einer klaren Marktbearbeitung und profitablem Wachstum. Im Zentrum stehen die Gewinnung neuer Kunden und die gemeinsame Vermarktung von Beratung, Softwarelösungen und IT\-Services. Dabei prägst du die strategische Ausrichtung mit deiner fundierten Erfahrung und stellst sicher, dass Konzepte und Massnahmen sowohl wirtschaftlich tragfähig als auch optimal auf unsere Organisation abgestimmt sind.

Die aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden sowie der Ausbau unserer Marktposition und Marktanteile in den von dir verantworteten Value Streams motivieren dich jeden Tag. Dank deiner ausgeprägten Markt\- und Vertriebskompetenz erkennst du Chancen frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus konkrete Wachstumspotenziale.

Gesucht ist eine unternehmerisch denkende, verbindliche Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung. Mit deiner Erfahrung, deiner überzeugenden Persönlichkeit und deinem sicheren Auftreten bewegst du dich auf allen Stakeholder\-Ebenen souverän und verhandlungssicher in mehreren Landessprachen. Du verstehst es, langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen, unterschiedliche Interessen zusammenzuführen und gemeinsame Lösungen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Verkauf sowohl im B2B als auch B2G mit. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und teilst dein fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches sowie technisches Wissen aktiv im Team. Durch deinen Beitrag förderst du die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag zu deren nachhaltigem Erfolg.
