Deine Herausforderung

In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion unterstützt Du den Bereichsleiter im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft. Gleichzeitig übernimmst Du Verantwortung für unsere Werkstatt und packst dort mit an, wo Deine Unterstützung gefragt ist.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Werkstatt
  • Einsatzplanung und Koordination des Werkstattteams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Werkstattbetriebs
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Erstellen und Nachverfolgen von Offerten
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Reparatur\-, Service\- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei anspruchsvollen Reparaturen und Diagnosen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen
  • Stellvertretung des Bereichsleiters Baumaschinen \& Nutzfahrzeuge

Das bringst Du mit

Du verfügst über fundiertes technisches Know\-how und möchtest den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führungsverantwortung machen.

Idealerweise bringst Du Folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Baumaschinen\-, Landmaschinen\- oder Lastwagenmechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Werkstatt oder im technischen Umfeld
  • Weiterbildung als Diagnosetechniker, Werkstattkoordinator oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – oder die Bereitschaft, Dich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder den Wunsch, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie mündliche ösischkenntnisse
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
