Gestalten Sie mit uns die Technik von morgen und begleiten Sie junge Talente auf ihrem Weg in die Berufswelt Das EMS Institut für Entwicklung Mechatronischer Systeme am Departement Technik forscht und entwickelt praxisnah in Robotik, Automatisierung, angewandter Dynamik und Produktentwicklung. Unsere moderne Werkstatt fertigt Prototypen für Forschungsprojekte und ist zugleich Ausbildungsort unserer Automatiker-Lernenden. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 01. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Leiter/in Werkstatt und Berufsbildung Automation Unsere moderne Werkstatt verbindet zwei spannende Aufgaben: Sie ermöglicht die praxisnahe Entwicklung und Fertigung von Prototypen für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte und bietet gleichzeitig ein vielseitiges Ausbildungsumfeld für unsere Automatiker-Lernenden. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie zusätzlich die Verantwortung für den Werkstattbetrieb. ###

Ihr Wirkungsfeld

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Werkstatt sowie Sicherstellung eines sicheren Betriebs
  • Planung und Durchführung der praktischen Grundbildung unserer Automatiker-Lernenden gemäss Bildungsplan
  • Individuelle Betreuung, Förderung und Beurteilung der Lernenden sowie Vorbereitung auf das Qualifikationsverfahren
  • Koordination der Infrastruktur, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Fertigung und Montage mechatronischer Prototypen für Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Studierenden, Mitarbeitenden, Berufsfachschulen und überbetrieblichen Kurszentren
  • Übernahme der Funktion als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r des Instituts

Ihre Expertise

  • Berufliche Grundbildung als Automatiker/in EFZ oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungs-, Steuerungs- oder Antriebstechnik
  • Berufsbildnerkurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren; Erfahrung mit Lernenden von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen, pädagogisches Geschick und Geduld
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
