Ihr Tag bei Cables: Verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Gebäude und Infrastruktur Planung und Umsetzung von Bau\-, Sanierungs\- und Infrastrukturprojekten Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Gebäudeinfrastruktur, unter anderem in den Bereichen Brandschutz, Beleuchtung, Heizung und Aufzüge Erfassen und Überwachen von betriebsrelevanten Kenngrössen wie Druckluft, Wasser und Strom Weiterentwicklung des Energie\-, Entsorgungs\- und Sicherheitsmanagements Planung und Koordination von Instandhaltungs\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle, Investitionsbeurteilungen und das entsprechende Reporting Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachstellen, Dienstleistern und Partnern Unterstützung der Produktion, Entwicklung und Technik bei Infrastruktur\- und Investitionsprojekten Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Infrastruktur und Prozesse Das sind Sie: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine höhere technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Infrastruktur, Facility Management oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Bau\-, Sanierungs\- oder Infrastrukturprojekten Gutes Verständnis für technische Anlagen und Gebäudeinfrastruktur Erfahrung in Budgetplanung, Kostenkontrolle und InvestitionsbeurteilungenSelbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Organisationstalent sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse Wir sind: Respektvoll, offen, unkompliziert und vertrauen einander Motivierend und partnerschaftlich im Umgang Fordernd, aber auch fördernd im Sinne von Verantwortung Zukunftsorientiert und in den Megatrends Energiewende, Mobilität und Nachhaltigkeit unverzichtbar Zeitgemäss betreffend den Anstellungsbedingungen In Däniken zu Hause (S\-Bahn Anschluss mit Halbstundentakt und gratis Parkplätze) Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
