Was erwartet dich? ##

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Bereich Kundenberatung und führst dein Team fachlich und personell.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass im Tagesgeschäft alles rundläuft und setzt die personellen Ressourcen bedarfsgerecht ein.
  • Dabei bist du am Tagesgeschäft und sorgst mit einer vorausschauenden Einsatzplanung dafür, dass unsere Kundin und Kunden zuverlässig betreut werden.
  • In der Beratung bist du selbst mittendrin. Du begleitest Kundinnen und Kunden rund um Sparen, Zahlen, Anlegen und Vorsorgen.
  • Du erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und stellst bei weiterführenden Anliegen die Verbindung zu unseren Fachbereichen her.
  • Gleichzeitig entwickelst du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter, erkennst Potenziale und gewinnst mit deinem Team neue Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Weil gute Kundenberatung nie stehen bleibt, bringst du deine Ideen ein und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs aktiv mit.

Was bringst du mit? ##

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung mit.
  • Führung liegt dir. Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln und Mitarbeitende erfolgreich begleiten und entwickeln.
  • Eine SAQ-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du überzeugst mit einer offenen, kommunikativen Art, denkst unternehmerisch und packst gerne mit an.
  • Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen helfen dir, auch in einem lebhaften Tagesgeschäft den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Du bist gerne sichtbar, gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und repräsentierst unsere Bank an Kundenanlässen und weiteren internen und externen Veranstaltungen.
