Als Leiter Kundendienst (a) übernimmst du bei unserem Kunden im Kanton Luzern die Verantwortung für ein engagiertes Team, optimierst Abläufe und stellst sicher, dass die Kunden jederzeit auf einen erstklassigen Service zählen können.

Das bewirkst du

  • Verantwortlich für den Betrieb und die technische Betreuung der Gebäudeautomationssysteme
  • Koordinieren von Service- und Wartungseinsätzen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kundenanliegen und technische Fragestellungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an spannenden Projekten
  • Führen eines kleines Teams

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Elektroinstallateur, Automatiker, usw.)
  • Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Funktion von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis, Zuverlässigkeit und ein ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsgedanke gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Versierte IT-Kenntnisse
