Unsere Kundin, die MOTOREX AG ist ein renommiertes Schweizer Traditionsunternehmen, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Produktion hochwertiger Schmierstoffe für leistungsstarke Maschinen und Fahrzeuge spezialisiert hat. Mit rund 400 Mitarbeitenden aus verschiedenen Nationen arbeitet die MOTOREX AG an sieben Standorten weltweit.

Zur Verstärkung des SCM\-Teams suchen wir für den Hauptsitz in Langenthal per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n erfahrene/n Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter Logistik w/m/d.

Ihre Herausforderungen

Als neuer Leiter Logistik w/m/d übernehmen Sie mit Ihrem motivierten und gut eingespielten Team von rund 50 Mitarbeitenden die Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung sämtlicher Lager\- und Transportaktivitäten. Dabei rapportieren Sie direkt an den Head of Supply Chain und zeichnen sich für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Logistikorganisation mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Wareneingang, Kommissionierung, Produktionsversorgung, Distribution und Transport.
  • Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie der termin\- und bedarfsgerechten Lager\- und Transportprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die nachhaltige Lagerbewirtschaftung der internen und externen Lager im In\- und Ausland inklusive SAP WM, Inventuren und Stammdatenmanagement.
  • Identifikation und Realisierung von Optimierungs\-, Automatisierungs\- und Einsparpotenzialen entlang der Lager\-, Logistik\- und Distributionsprozesse.
  • Verantwortung für das Flottenmanagement inklusive Wartung, Reparaturen, Neubeschaffungen sowie Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger Mobilitätslösungen.
  • Vorantreiben von Logistikprojekten sowie aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Supply Chain.

Unsere Anforderungen

Um diese umfassenden Aufgaben anpacken zu können bringen Sie idealerweise folgenden Rucksack mit:

  • Technische, logistische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Logistik (eidg. Logistikfachmann FA oder eidg. Disponent/in Transport und Logistik FA) oder adäquat von Vorteil
  • Ausgewiesener Logistik\-Profi mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und Leistungsausweis in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Nachweisbar gute Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in Lager\- und Distributionslogistik sowie in IT\- und Transformationsprozessen
  • Beherrschung der MS\-Office\-Anwendungen, sowie breite Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP (WM, SD und MM)
  • Verhandlungssichere Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch sowie Englischkenntnissen ( ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil)
  • Guter Kommunikator und begeisternder Motivator, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen, hohe Lösungsorientierung, pragmatisch, gerne auch „an der Front“ (Mitarbeiter/Lieferanten/Kunden) und vorbildlicher Führungsstil runden Ihr Profil ab
