Die TOI TOI AG ist ein führendes Unternehmen für mobile Sanitärlösungen in der ganzen Schweiz mit rund 200 Mitarbeitenden. Unsere Produktpalette reicht von der einfachen Toilettenkabine bis zum Luxus\-Sanitärcontainer oder Raumcontainer mit individueller Ausstattung. Darüber hinaus bieten wir eine Vielzahl von Zusatzprodukten und ergänzenden Dienstleistungen an. Wir setzen uns tagtäglich für hygienische WC\-Anlagen ein und unterstützen damit die «Macher» auf Baustellen und Events.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Leiter MRE 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs MRE.
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung der Prozesse im Bereich MRE.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung und Wartung unserer mobilen Raumeinheiten.
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern.
  • Überwachung und Einhaltung von Qualitäts\- und Sicherheitsstandards.
  • Kostenkontrolle im Bereich MRE.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Sanitär\-Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Projektmanagement.
  • Projekterfahrung im besten Falle als Projektverantwortlicher.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition, vorzugsweise im Bauwesen oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Gute IT\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, ERP\-Systeme).
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B \& E zwingend
