Leiter Operations Engineering (w/m/d)

In deiner Mission blühst du auf, denn:

  • Du führst das Operations Engineering Team personell und fachlich und entwickelst 7 Mitarbeitende sowie 2 Lernenden im Plattform\-Umfeld gezielt weiter. Zudem bist du die Schnittstelle zu unserem offshoring Operations Team.
  • Du planst, steuerst und begleitest den Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Managed Services.
  • Du stellst ein professionelles Release\- und Lifecycle Management über alle relevanten Services und Systeme hinweg sicher.
  • Du verantwortest die Service Continuity und gewährleistest gemeinsam mit deinem Team eine hohe Verfügbarkeit unserer Services inklusive Pikettdienst.
  • Du förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und koordinierst die Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Bereichen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung im Incident Management auf 3rd\-Level\-Niveau und sorgst für eine strukturierte Priorisierung sowie Zuweisung der Tasks innerhalb des Teams.
  • Du treibst ein proaktives Change Management voran und stellst sicher, dass Änderungen kontrolliert, risikoarm und serviceorientiert umgesetzt werden.
  • Du agierst als zentrale Führungsperson im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für eine hohe technische Qualität, klare Abläufe und eine nachhaltige Kundenorientierung.

Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Teamleiter im IT\-Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Dienstleister\- oder Systemhaus\-Umfeld.
  • Du bringst eine technische IT\-Grundausbildung mit, zum Beispiel EFZ oder FA, und verfügst vorzugsweise über eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe FH oder HF mit IT\-Ausrichtung.
  • Du besitzt breites Technologie\-Know\-how in den Bereichen virtualisierte Client\-/Server\-Infrastruktur, Datacenter, Cloud und Software sowie eine hohe Affinität zur IT\-Security.
  • Du kennst Dich zudem mit Applikationsservern wie Exchange, SQL oder vergleichbaren Plattformen gut aus; Erfahrung mit SaaS ist von Vorteil.
  • Du hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem IT\-Dienstleister\-Umfeld und schätzt ein dynamisches, serviceorientiertes Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher technischer Komplexität.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden zusammen, trittst souverän auf und verbindest technische Kompetenz mit ausgeprägter Serviceorientierung.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst Dich souverän in einem nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld.
  • Du überzeugst durch Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Entscheidungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, dein Team klar, verbindlich und motivierend zu führen.
