Unsere Kundin ist ein etabliertes Schweizer Handelsunternehmen, das seit über 45 Jahren Maschinen und Anlagen für die Holz- und Kunststoffverarbeitung importiert, vertreibt und wartet. Vom Erstkontakt bis zum Servicefall begleitet das Unternehmen seine Kundschaft schweizweit persönlich und zuverlässig, mit kurzen Wegen und einer klaren, ganzheitlichen Denkweise. Für die Leitung des Verkaufsinnendienstes wird eine Persönlichkeit gesucht, die Technik versteht, Menschen führt und Produkte weiterdenkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leiten des Teams im Verkaufsinnendienst mit Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktsortiment
  • Aufbereiten von Kennzahlen und Reportings als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Planen und Koordinieren von Schulungen, damit das Verkaufsteam die Produkte optimal kennt
  • Begleiten der Kundschaft als kompetente Ansprechperson bei Fragen rund ums Sortiment
  • Beobachten von Markttrends und Prüfen neuer Produkte und Vertretungen für das Sortiment
  • Weiterentwickeln der Produktstrategie mit Blick auf künftige Marktanforderungen
  • Gestalten eines Sortiments, das den Bedürfnissen von Markt und Kundschaft entspricht

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (EFZ) aus dem Holzbereich, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung 
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung und ein sicherer, klarer Kommunikationsstil
  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marktentwicklungen und unternehmerisches Denken im Alltag
  • Praxiserfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Produktsortimenten
  • Selbstständige, systematische Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick fürs Detail
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2)
