In dieser Schlüsselposition gestalten Sie die Zukunft der bodengebundenen Luftverteidigung aktiv mit und schaffen gleichzeitig die Grundlage für ein professionelles, zukunftsorientiertes Produktmanagement. Mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum entwickeln Sie Strukturen, Prozesse und Methoden weiter und übernehmen sukzessive die strategische Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Air-Defence-Portfolios. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Management sowie zentralen internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und berichten direkt an den Senior Vice President Strategie & Programmmanagement der Division Air Defence. Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen Produktmanagement-Organisation sowie Aufbau geeigneter Strukturen, Prozesse, Methoden und Tools
  • Etablierung eines systematischen Product-Life-Cycle Managements und kontinuierliche Bewertung der Produktperformance im Markt
  • Entwicklung von Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmaps und Synchronisation mit relevanten Stakeholdern
  • Definition der Produktplattformen und Einführung eines Variantenmanagements
  • Analyse von Markt-, Technologie-, Bedrohungs- und Kundenentwicklungen
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und gezielte Erweiterung des Air-Defence-Portfolios sowie sukzessive Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Portfolioentwicklung
  • Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Produkte, Technologien und Geschäftsfelder einschliesslich Entwicklungs-, Kooperations- und Make-or-Buy-Optionen
  • Unterstützung strategischer Kunden- und Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktmanagement-Teams sowie Förderung einer wirkungsvollen und unternehmerisch geprägten Zusammenarbeit
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Strategie, Market Intelligence, Engineering, Programmmanagement, Vertrieb und Management bei strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in Ingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Systems Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung 10 Jahre + im Produktmanagement, in der Strategieberatung, Systementwicklung, im Business Development oder einem vergleichbaren technologieorientierten Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Defence- oder Aerospace-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Luftverteidigung von grossem Vorteil
  • Fundierte Methodenkenntnisse in Produktstrategie, Produkt-Roadmaps, Portfolio-Management und Product-Life-Cycle Management
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und konkrete Massnahmen abzuleiten
  • Hohe Aufbau- und Gestaltungskompetenz sowie Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie der Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Interessen und Stakeholder zusammenzuführen
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten auf Management- und Kundenebene sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
