  • Qualitäts-, Umweltschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsbeauftragter der Geschäftsleitung
  • Verantwortlich für Qualitätsmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz und Umweltschutz am Standort Hasle und  Unterstützung des Werks in Goshen, NY (USA) auf Anfrage
  • Unterstützt die Organisation bei der Sicherstellung der Gesetzeskonformität
  • Verantwortlich für interne sowie für Kunden- und Zertifizierungsaudits
  • Verantwortlich für das Verbesserungsteam
  • Reduktion der Betriebsunfälle auf ein Minimum (Ziel: 0 Unfälle)
  • Verantwortlich für die Definition eines unternehmensweit abgestimmten QHSE-KPI-Systems sowie für dessen kontinuierliche    Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer globalen, konsistenten und transparenten Sicht auf die relevanten QHSE-KPIs der Unternehmensstandorte

Dein Profil

  • Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurausbildung
  • Ausbildung in Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessmanagement, Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Umweltmanagement und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung und dem Monitoring von Umwelt-KPIs
  • Kenntnisse im Carbon Footprint Management (CCF)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Reduktion von Emissionen und zur Verbesserung der Umweltperformance
  • Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Change-Management beziehungsweise Affinität zu diesem Thema
  • Workshop-Moderationsfähigkeiten / Facilitator
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Lean Six Sigma (Green-Belt-Zertifizierung nach Möglichkeit) und 5S
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft 365, sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-, Qualitätsmanagement-, Dokumentenmanagement- und Reporting-/BI-Systemen
  • Hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Datenqualität, Prozessautomatisierung und zur Weiterentwicklung von IT-gestützten QHSE-Prozessen
