Leiter Qualitätsmanagement \& Food Safety 80 \- 100 % Firma Branche: Feinkostproduktion Grösse: ca. 70 MA, Arbeitsplatz: Region Mittelland; Berufsfeld: Lebensmittelingenieur FH/ETH oder BSc/MSc in Lebensmitteltechnologie/\-wissenschaften Du möchtest die Qualitätskultur eines etablierten Lebensmittelbetriebs prägen, ein kleines Team führen und bestehende Strukturen aktiv weiterentwickeln? In dieser Führungsfunktion verbindest Du strategischen Weitblick mit ausgeprägter Praxisnähe. Aufgabengebiet Du führst den Bereich Qualitätsmanagement mit zwei Mitarbeitenden und hältst das Managementsystem nach FSSC 22000 wirksam und auditfähig. Du planst interne und externe Audits, begleitest Zertifizierungen und vertrittst den Bereich gegenüber Behörden, Kunden und Prüfstellen. Du steuerst das HACCP\-System und gewährleistest die wirksame Überwachung von CCPs, OPRPs und betrieblichen Hygienevorgaben. Du bewertest Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Laborergebnisse, leitest passende Massnahmen ein und verfolgst deren Umsetzung. Du förderst das Qualitätsbewusstsein, arbeitest eng mit der Produktion zusammen und übernimmst die Ferienvertretung der Betriebsleitung. Anforderungsprofil Du hast einen Abschluss als Lebensmittelingenieur FHETH oder BSc/MSc Lebensmitteltechnologie/\-wissenschaften und mehrjährige QM\-Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion. Du kennst GFSI\-anerkannte Standards, vorzugsweise FSSC 22000, und bist mit HACCP, GHP, CCPs, OPRPs, Audits sowie Dokumentenlenkung vertraut. Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse im Lebensmittelrecht und Erfahrung mikrobiologischen Beurteilungen mit. Du analysierst komplexe Themen, dokumentierst nachvollziehbar, setzt klare Prioritäten und verfolgst Massnahmen konsequent. Du führst pragmatisch, kommunizierst wertschätzend und trittst in der Produktion ebenso souverän auf wie gegenüber Prüfstellen.
