Leiter Quality Control (chemische Analytik und Sensorik) m/w/d, 80 \- 100%

Was du bewirken kannst:

  • Leitung des chemisch\-analytischen Labors im Zweischichtbetrieb (montags \- freitags) für FFA, POZ, SFC, NIR, Brechungsindex, Wassergehalt, Induktionszeit, Tropf\-/Steigschmelzpunkt, Iod\-/Anisidinzahl, Dobi\-Wert, Farbmessung, Antioxidantien\-Nachweis, Fettsäurespektrum, 3\-MCPD, Glycidol und MOSH/MOAH für tierische und pflanzliche Fette und Öle, diverse Spezialprodukte und Kollagen
  • Führung und Förderung von 8 Mitarbeitenden sowie punktuelle, aktive Mitarbeit im Labor
  • Verantworten des reibungslosen Laborbetriebs, Unterhalt, Kalibrierung und Wartung der Analysegeräte sowie Teilnahme an Ringtests
  • Datenpflege in LIMS, IQSoft und Improve
  • Umsetzen von Korrekturmassnahmen inklusive Materialsperrungen/\-freigaben
  • Leitung des Sensoriklabors
  • Ownership und Lead in Digitalisierungs\- und Optimierungsprojekten wie Anbindung Analytikgeräte an LIMS, digitale Erfassung und Proben\-Leitung mittels Barcode, Evaluation und Validierung neuer Analysemethoden (quantitative Bestimmung von DHA, CDR Foodlab für Iodzahl und Dobi\-Wert, etc.)
  • Unterstützen der Leiter Quality Management sowie Quality Assurance \& Process
  • Engineering bei Lebensmittelsicherheits\-Ereignissen
  • Bereichs\- und betriebsübergreifende fachliche Projektmitarbeit nach Bedarf

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Chemielaborant, weiterführendes Studium von Vorteil
  • Praktische Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb (Food, Pharma, Kosmetik) sowie mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position zwingend
  • Eine gefestigte Persönlichkeit, Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Lernbereitschaft und Multitasking\-Fähigkeit
  • Hoher Selbstorganisationsgrad und Situationsflexibilität
  • Hands\-on\- und Dienstleistermentalität
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
