Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Weiterentwicklung der Serviceorganisation durch Fachwissen, Netzwerke und Engagement
  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich in fachlicher, disziplinarischer und organisatorischer Hinsicht
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger, partnerschaftlicher Kundenbeziehungen
  • Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im technischen Aussendienst
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Werkzeuge und Mitarbeit an internen Projekten

  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik und nachweisliche Führungserfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, den Verantwortungsbereich wirtschaftlich erfolgreich zu steuern
