Das bewegt Sie Sie entwickeln unser Servicegeschäft strategisch weiter und erschliessen neue Geschäftspotenziale. Sie führen strategische und bereichsübergreifende Projekte erfolgreich von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Zusammen mit dem Team entwickeln und realisieren Sie wirkungsvolle Service\-Marketing\-Massnahmen zur Stärkung unseres Servicegeschäfts. Sie fördern und entwickeln Ihr Team und schaffen ein Umfeld, in dem Mitarbeitende ihr Potenzial entfalten können. Sie gestalten die Digitalisierung unserer Serviceprozesse und entwickeln die Service Connectivity kontinuierlich weiter. Sie stärken den Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Serviceorganisation und sorgen für eine zielgerichtete interne Kommunikation.
