Deine Aufgaben:

* Du übernimmst die strategische Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Ressorts Supply Chain Management mit 17 Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden

* Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Steuerung der Supply Chain – von der Bedarfsplanung und Beschaffung über Disposition und Logistik bis zur Materialbereitstellung, Rückführung und Entsorgung.

* Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Umsetzung der Beschaffungs\- und Lieferantenstrategien der BVZ/MGB\-Gruppe und steuerst die Supply Chain anhand relevanter Kosten\-, Bestands\-, Verfügbarkeits\-, Qualitäts\- und Leistungskennzahlen

* Du optimierst Materialflüsse vom Lieferanten bis zum Kunden und stellst eine hohe Materialverfügbarkeit bei optimalen Beständen und Kosten sicher

* Du arbeitest aktiv im Leitungsteam des Bereichs Rollmaterial \& Traktion sowie in Arbeitsgruppen und Fachgremien innerhalb der Bahnbranche mit

Dein Profil:

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Funktionen des Supply Chain Managements sowie Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und Vertragswesen.

* Eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung wird idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen im Einkauf (z.B. Einkaufsleiter), Supply Chain Management oder Logistik.

* Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Material\-, Waren\- und Informationsflüsse sowie eine hohe Affinität zu Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und datenbasierten Lösungen

* Du bist eine gewinnende Person und bringst viel Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke, ein vernetztes und unternehmerisches Denken mit

* Du denkst voraus, hinterfragst Bestehendes und setzt Veränderungen um.
