Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Leitung des Teams Mechanik, bestehend aus etwa 10 Mitarbeitern, sowohl in personeller als auch fachlicher Hinsicht
  • Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe sowie die Zuweisung von Aufgaben an die unterstellten Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsabläufe und Prozesse
  • Proaktive Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten und Reparaturen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten in der Produktionsabteilung
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen für das Team

Ihr Profil ##

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder mechanische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Unterhalt von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Mechanik und starkes technisches Verständnis erforderlich
