Zum Ausbau der Marktpräsenz suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als: Leiter Werkstatteinrichtung (m/w) \- Home\-Office Möglichkeit Ihre Aufgabe In dieser spannenden Funktion als Teil des Führungsteams spornt es Sie an, die Gebietsleiter im Aussendienst sowie die Werkstätten mit einem wachsenden Sortiment an Werkstatteinrichtungen tatkräftig zu unterstützen. Sie setzen Ihr Knowhow aus dem Sektor, sowie Ihre Beziehungen in der Branche ein und stellen rasch eine gute Zusammenarbeitsbasis mit dem Verkaufsteam, mit den Werkstätten und innerhalb des Führungsteams sicher. Ergänzend zum Ersatzteilgeschäft, mit welchem die Firma über eine starke Marktposition verfügt, besteht in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich ein erhebliches Wachstumspotenzial, welches Sie zeitnah erschliessen und weiter ausbauen. Mit zunehmendem Erfolg werden personelle Ressourcen zur Marktbetreuung nachgezogen. Ihre Erfahrung Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im B2B\-Aftermarket und/oder mit Investitionsgütern, so beispielsweise als Verkaufsberater oder Produktverantwortlicher. Idealerweise sind Sie in ein Beziehungsnetz mit Werkstätten und weiteren Kundengruppen eingebunden. Für uns ist es selbstverständlich, dass Sie als jüngerer oder bereits erfahrener Berufsmann eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit Empathie mitbringen.
