leiterin finanzen und personaladministration, 80 - 100% (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die verantwortung für die finanzbuchhaltung, inklusive debitoren, kreditoren, anlagevermögen sowie liquiditätsmanagement
  • zudem erstellen sie monats-, quartals- und jahresabschlüsse sowie aussagekräftige auswertungen und reportings für die geschäftsleitung
  • ebenfalls wirken sie bei der budgetierung, finanzplanung und beim forecasting aktiv mit
  • sie unterstützen des weiteren bei der optimierung von finanzprozessen und entwickeln digitale arbeitsabläufe kontinuierlich weiter
  • ausserdem sind sie für die lohn- sowie für die gesamte personaladministration verantwortlich
  • die führung des qualitätsmanagementsystems und die durchführung von audits gehört ebenfalls in ihr äusserst verantwortungsvolles aufgabengebiet
  • das arbeitspensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 80 und 100% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie verfügen über eine höhere ausbildung im bereich finanzen, zum beispiel als fachfrau / fachmann finanz- und rechnungswesen fa, als treuhänderin fa / treuhänder fa oder über eine vergleichbare ausbildung
  • mehrjährige berufserfahrung im finanz und rechnungswesen in einem kmu wird vorausgesetzt
  • gute kenntnisse in der personal- und lohnadministration sind ebenfalls erforderlich
  • erfahrung mit modernen erp-systemen ist von vorteil, aber keine bedingung
  • bezeichnen sie sich zudem als strukturiert vorgehende, bodenständige und lösungsorientierte persönlichkeit mit hands-on-mentalität?
