Dein Alltag Bei uns erwarten Dich nach einer gründlichen Einführung in unserem Campus in Rothenburg vielseitige Aufgaben, die Du als Teamleiter mit weiteren System Engineers und unseren Lernenden in der internen Systemtechnik erbringst: Interne IT Systeme Sicherstellung des Betriebs unserer IT\-Systeme und Komponenten an den Opacc Standorten in Rothenburg und Münchenstein (Netzwerke, Server, Clients). Incident Management: Selbständige Bearbeitung von Tickets und Sicherstellung der systematischen Bearbeitung aller Incidents (First\- und Second Level Support). Installieren und aktualisieren unserer Systeme / Anwendungen. Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und Systeme mit internen und externen Experten (z.B. Security, Netzwerk). Opacc Campus Infrastruktur Incident Management und Organisation des Tagesgeschäfts. Organisation und Überwachung der Systeme mit internen und externen Experten. Technische Unterstützung und Vorbereitung von Opacc Events. Proaktives Handeln und Optimieren der Betriebsaufgaben für unsere ganze technische Infrastruktur. Berufsbildung Verantwortung als Berufsbildner für die Informatik Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung EFZ. Fachliche Betreuung der Lernenden in der internen IT. Dein Background Damit Du erfolgreich bei uns starten oder durchstarten kannst, hast Du schon: Eine fundierte Ausbildung in der Informatik und gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Client\- und Serverplattformen. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Aufgabe als TeamleiterIn. Sehr gute Organisations\- und Kommunikations\-Skills, welche Du zielführend für die laufende Verbesserung unseres Leistungsangebotes einbringst. Eine hohe Service\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung Bereitschaft für Abendeinsätze und flexible Arbeitszeiten.
