Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Controlling\-Teams

* Verantwortung für Reporting, Budgetierung, Forecasting und Mehrjahresplanung

* Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanz\- und Leistungskennzahlen

* Weiterentwicklung von Management\-Informationssystemen und Controlling\-Instrumenten sowie Kosten\-, Deckungsbeitrags\- und Leistungsrechnung

* Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Geschäftsleitung und Führungsgremien

* Beratung der Klinikbereiche in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Mitarbeit an strategischen sowie organisatorischen Projekten

* Förderung des Verständnisses für finanzielle Zusammenhänge

* Sicherstellung einer transparenten und adressatengerechten Berichterstattung

Das bringen Sie mit

* Höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (FH/Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Experte Rechnungswesen \& Controlling)

* Mehrjährige Berufs\- sowie Führungserfahrung im Controlling

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanz\-, Leistungs\- und Kostencontrolling

* Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting

* Analytische, konzeptionelle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe IT\-Affinität

* Gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheitswesens sowie REKOLE

* Kommunikationsstarke und strukturierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen
