Wädenswil ist eine attraktive Stadt am linken Zürichseeufer mit gut 26'000 Einwohnerinnen und Einwohnern. In der Stadtverwaltung arbeiten rund 380 Mitarbeitende, die für die Bevölkerung täglich umfassende Dienstleistungen erbringen.

Für die Abteilung Finanzen suchen wir eine eigenständige, analytische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als

Leiterin/Leiter Controlling / Stellvertretung der Abteilungsleitung Finanzen, 80 bis 100 %

Ihre Handlungsfelder

  • personelle und fachliche Führung der Dienststelle Controlling
  • Verantwortung für die finanzielle Planung, Budgetierung und Berichterstattung sowie für das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) und das Risikomanagement
  • Weiterentwicklung des Finanzcontrollings zu einem geschätzten Businesspartner mit erkennbarem Mehrwert für Führungskräfte
  • finanzielle Steuerung und Entscheidungsunterstützung für Führungskräfte
  • Beratung von Führungskräften in finanzrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Übernahme ausgewählter Fach\- und Querschnittsthemen als Stellvertretung und Sparringpartner der Abteilungsleitung
  • Sicherstellung von aussagekräftigen Analysen und Erarbeitung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Verwaltung und Politik
  • Entwicklung tragfähiger Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen
  • Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzsystemen, Datenstrukturen und Prozessen

Was Sie mitbringen

  • fundierte Erfahrung in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Fähigkeit, sich neue Themen selbständig zu erschliessen, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und anspruchsvolle Vorhaben ins Ziel zu bringen
  • eigene, fundierte Positionen, die Sie auch gegenüber der Abteilungsleitung überzeugend vertreten
  • verbindliches und loyales Handeln nach einem Entscheid
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, mitzudenken und Bestehendes konstruktiv weiterzuentwickeln
