In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Führungsaufgabe und stellen im Auftrag der KESB die gesetzeskonforme Umsetzung des Kindesschutzes sicher. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem Team wirken Sie an der Weiterentwicklung der Dienststelle mit und schaffen gute Rahmenbedingungen, um die Berufsbeiständinnen und Berufsbeistände optimal in ihrer Arbeit zu unterstützen. \* Arbeiten Sie gerne in einer verantwortungsvollen Kaderfunktion und führen einen Dienst im Sozialbereich fachlich, personell und organisatorisch? \* Setzen Sie sich für eine hohe Dienstleistungs\\- und Qualitätsorientierung ein und stellen eine effiziente Aufgabenerfüllung sicher? \* Arbeiten Sie gerne eng mit Ihrem Team zusammen und tragen gerne Verantwortung? \* Schätzen Sie die Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten, interdisziplinären und zweisprachigen Arbeitsumfeld? \* Beherrschen Sie beide Amtssprachen sicher und möchten Ihre Kenntnisse in einem lebendigen, zweisprachigen Umfeld einbringen?
