Der Natur\- und Tierpark Goldau begeistert jährlich rund 450’000 Gäste. Auf 42 Hektaren leben rund 100 europäische Wildtierarten. Rund 200 Mitarbeitende und zahlreiche Freiwillige engagieren sich für Natur\- und Artenschutz, Bildung und Forschung und entwickeln den wissenschaftlich geführten Tierpark nachhaltig weiter.

Sie verbinden unternehmerisches Denken mit Leidenschaft für Veranstaltungen und Gastfreundschaft? In dieser Schlüsselposition verantworten Sie das Eventgeschäft von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Durchführung vor Ort. Dabei entwickeln Sie unser Eventangebot aktiv weiter und schaffen besondere Erlebnisse in einzigartiger Naturkulisse.

Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit als

Leiterin/Leiter Event (80–100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten die Akquisition, Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen von A bis Z
  • Sie erstellen und verhandeln Offerten, Verträge und Kalkulationen und erarbeiten Ablaufpläne
  • Sie koordinieren die Veranstaltungen mit den internen Abteilungen und führen bzw. instruieren die beteiligten Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie pflegen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, gewinnen neue Kundinnen und Kunden und erkennen Verkaufs\- und Zusatzverkaufspotenziale
  • Sie entwickeln das Eventangebot weiter und konzipieren neue, attraktive Formate für Tages\-, Event\- und Seminargäste
  • Sie führen eine Mitarbeiterin und koordinieren die für Veranstaltungen eingesetzten Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Eventmanagement, in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder im Tourismus mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Veranstaltungen
  • Fundierte Gastronomiekenntnisse und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Abläufe, Qualität und Service
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisations\- und Koordinationstalent sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für attraktive Angebote und Marktpotenziale
  • Belastbarkeit und Ruhe, auch bei mehreren parallel stattfindenden Veranstaltungen
