März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung die/den zukünftige/n Leiterin/Leiter Finanzverwaltung ================================ \\Ihre Aufgaben\\ Zusammen mit Ihrem Team von 17 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sind Sie verantwortlich für die Finanzplanung, Budgetierung und Rechnungslegung sowie für den Lohnvollzug des Kantons Thurgau. Als gestandene Führungspersönlichkeit entwickeln Sie Ihr Team weiter und als versierte/r Finanzspezialist/in stellen Sie das finanzielle Controlling, Risikomanagement sowie die Bewirtschaftung der Vermögenswerte und damit auch die permanente Zahlungsbereitschaft des Kantons sicher. Sie erstellen zudem den jährlichen Finanzbericht, rapportieren regelmässig an den Departementschef und stehen der Kantonsregierung und den Departementen in Finanzfragen als Sparringpartner kompetent zur Seite. Das Mitwirken in kommunalen, kantonalen, interkantonalen und schweizerischen Gremien und Kommissionen runden Ihr Tätigkeitsgebiet ab. \\Ihr Profil\\ Für diese vielseitige und anspruchsvolle Aufgabe richten wir uns an eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einer abgeschlossenen höheren Ausbildung (Uni, FH, MAS, eidg. Diplom) im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und Finanzen. Dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung verfügen Sie über ausgewiesene Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Planung, Organisation, Führung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung einer Finanzabteilung. Von Vorteil bringen Sie zudem sehr gute Kenntnisse der Strukturen, Abläufe und Rechnungslegungsstandards (HRM2\\) im öffentlichen Rechnungswesen sowie sehr gute IT\\-Kenntnisse (Abacus) mit. Sie denken und handeln ergebnisorientiert, hinterfragen Bestehendes, gestalten Prozesse, leiten Projekte und sind der Treiber für zukünftige Entwicklungen. Dank Ihren kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Ihrem Verhandlungsgeschick und Ihrem Flair für politische Zusammenhänge gelingt Ihnen eine gute Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen.
