Wir planen, entwickeln, produzieren, installieren und servicieren nachhaltige Wärmepumpen- sowie Lüftungssysteme - seit über 30 Jahren in höchster Qualität und für eine begeisterte Kundschaft in der ganzen Schweiz und im grenznahen Ausland. Leiterin / Leiter Gebäudetechnikplanung (m/w/d, 80-100%)

Deine Rolle: Du leitest unsere Gebäudetechnikplanung und übernimmst damit eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen. Du bringst Struktur in komplexe Projekte und treibst Innovation voran. Bei uns führst Du ein erfahrenes Team, das auf Deine Expertise aufbaut und deine Tatkraft zählt.

Konkret bedeutet das: • Du führst und entwickelst unser Planungsteam weiter • Qualität und Termintreue unserer HLK-Projekte liegt in deiner Hand • Vom Konzept bis zur Inbetriebnahme planst du aktiv mit • Du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Montage und externen Partnern und Kunden • Standards und Prozesse werden von dir weiterentwickelt und implementiert

Was du mitbringst • Ausbildung als Gebäudetechnikplaner, Techniker HF oder Ingenieur FH • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnikplanung – idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung • Hohes Fachwissen und Lernbereitschaft • Hands-on-Mentalität: du packst Dinge an • Vernetztes Denken, Verlässlichkeit und strukturiertes arbeiten • Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse • Bist du bereit, mit Herz und Haltung Verantwortung zu übernehmen und etwas zu bewegen?
