Leiterin / Leiter HandwerkCenter (80\-100%)

Was du bewegst

  • Führung des Ladenteams und Logistik inkl. Personalplanung
  • Persönliche Beratung der Kunden aus Bau, Industrie und Handwerk
  • Gewährleistung einer optimalen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Organisation von Ausstellungen und Gestaltung der Ladenfläche
  • Verantwortlich für die Berufsbildung der Lernenden im Detailhandel
  • Aufgaben im Bereich des Controllings am Standort

Was du mitbringst

  • Ausbildung im Detailhandel (Fachrichtung Eisenwaren, Do\-it\-yourself) oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung im Verkauf
  • Berufsbildnerkurs von Vorteil
  • Kaufmännisches Flair oder Weiterbildung
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Überzeugendes Verkaufstalent
