Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Für den Koordinationsbereich Hochschulen und Recht des Generalsekretariates der Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektorinnen und \-direktoren (EDK) suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Leiterin/Leiter Koordinationsbereich Hochschulen (80\-100%) Informationen zum Arbeitgeber In der Schweiz tragen die Kantone die Hauptverantwortung für Bildung und Kultur. Sie koordinieren ihre Arbeit auf interkantonaler Ebene. Diese Aufgabe nehmen die 26 kantonalen Erziehungsdirek­torinnen und \-direktoren wahr. Auf Basis des Schulkonkordats bilden sie eine politische Behörde: die Konferenz der kantonalen Erziehungsdirektorinnen und \-direktoren (EDK). Das Generalsekretariat führt die Geschäfte der Konferenz. Die Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch und ösisch. Ihre Aufgaben Mitarbeit in der Geschäftsleitung Operative, finanzielle, personelle und fachliche Führung des Koordinationsbereichs Hochschulen Interkantonale Koordination im Hochschulbereich und die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bund in hochschulpolitischen Fragen Interkantonale Koordination im Bereich der Lehrerinnen\- und Lehrerbildung sowie der therapeutisch\-pädagogischen Berufe Vertretung der Interessen der EDK in Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen auf interkantonaler und nationaler Ebene Vorbereitung und Verantwortung der politischen Geschäfte aus dem Koordinationsbereich für die Gremien der EDK Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des interkantonalen und internationalen Diplomanerkennungsrechts Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen und digitalen Prozessen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Rechtsgrundlagen für Verwaltungsverfahren Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung. Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse des Verwaltungsrecht und der Funktionsweise der öffentlichen Verwaltung mit. Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Hochschulbereichs, insbesondere der Ausbildung von Lehrpersonen und der pädagogisch\-therapeutischen Berufe. Ein solides Netzwerk im Bildungsbereich ist von Vorteil. Sie verfügen über erstsprachliche Kenntnisse in Deutsch oder ösisch mit sehr guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache; Italienisch\- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Sie bringen sehr gute redaktionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit. Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen, digitalen Prozessen und Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
