DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung der Pflegeeinheiten in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Führungspersonen
  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer hohen, patientenorientierten Pflegequalität
  • Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen und bedarfsgerechten Einsatz der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen inklusive Stellen- und Dienstplanung
  • Verantwortung für die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung im Pflegebereich sowie Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte
  • Enge, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzteschaft, medizinischen Bereichen sowie weiteren internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Managementteam und im MES-Gremium, Mitgestaltung der strategischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der Klinik sowie Absolvieren des Direktionspikettdienstes

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung in Pflege, idealerweise auf Tertiärstufe, ergänzt durch eine Führungs- und/oder Managementweiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Pflege, vorzugsweise in einem Akutspital
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden, Teams und Führungskräften
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Pflegequalität, klinische Prozesse, Personalplanung und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Strategische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse
